In order to achieve these objectives, you would have a varieties of experience in which some may resemble your daily encountered situations you experience. After each activity you will be asked to give each other feedback on what you have observed. This feedback is critical to the success of the programme.
Methodology
This programme uses a combination of training aids and methods such as lectures, activities, exercises, real life case studies, group discussion, games and debrief, question and answer to enhance learning. The learning process is experiential and highly interactive.
This experience would provide many insights and understandings on the importance of leadership role in the team, communication, working under stress, resolving conflict and continuous quality improvement.
