Dynamic Team Performance

Normally people work in small groups that have common goals. Every member of the group has their own aspirations, skills and attitude towards their tasks. Due to the differences in perceptions, thoughts and reactions, they are reluctant to give their full support and cooperation to their peers. Hence, the main objectives of this program are to unite the employees and train them on how to overcome their individual weakness and improve on their strengths.

 

Objectives

At the end of the program and through action learning exercises, the participants will be able to:

  • Enhance the awareness and understanding of working as a team and to create the effective team-working environment.
  • Eliminate self-centeredness among team members and to create dynamic team and effective team in carrying out their work action plans and to achieve the organisational goals.
  • Create a culture of making fast decision everyday in the organisation.
  • To be clear in communication with everyone & prevent misunderstanding & able to solve conflict.
  • To be a team leader & team player & a good role model to everyone.
  • To boost up the following areas for managers/ head of subsidiary businesses:-

Methodology

The Dynamic Team Building program is designed and arranged based on the experiential learning model where participants are required to observe and reflect on their concrete experience within the lecture room and the outdoors. These observations and reflections will enable participants to develop concepts and ideas that can be tested in their work place after the course.

Short classroom sessions will be used to emphasize the main aspects of team working and reflect on the application of the learning experienced during the team working activities. Team discussions and exercises are used to strengthen and solidify the learning process and the sharing of experiences.
