Jackson Ng

Jackson Ng holds a masters degree from the University Of Southern Queensland (USQ) specialising in Human Resource Management. He is a Certified Professional Trainer (CPT), a qualification he earned from IPMA,UK. He is also a professional member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS). He is the founder and principal training consultant at Mastermind Training International Sdn. Bhd.

Since 1997, he has conducted thousands of seminars, workshops and training programmes for different audiences from many walks of life – from students, government servants, private organisations, retirees to working adults. He turns ordinary students into result-oriented all-rounders through the TOP STUDENTS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME he conducts.

Jackson Ng earned the title of The 2002 Asia Pacific Speech Champion when he represented Malaysia in the Asia Pacific Speaking Competition (Area B), one of the main events under the 52nd Junior Chamber International Asia Pacific Conference (JCI-ASPAC) in Japan. Prior to that, he had won more than 30 speech contests at Junior Chamber Malaysia conventions and Toastmasters International platforms combined.

His competencies are in the areas of PUBLIC SPEAKING AND PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATION SKILLS, TRAIN THE TRAINERS PROGRAMME, SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE PROGRAMME, YOU ARE A TOP EDUCATOR and TOTAL MAKEOVER PROGRAMME. His early experiences in entrepreneurship, management, teaching, training , counselling and sales and marketing provide him the credibility and unique advantage to bring out the best in participants and students.

As an entrepreneur, Jackson Ng has proven himself by setting up four successful tuition businesses in Kuching, Sarawak from 1997 – 2004.

Teoh Poh Yew is a very experienced international trainer in the fields of creativity, maths education and training of trainers’ programmes. Always innovative and enthusiastic, Poh Yew captivates her audience with her boundless energy and her unique magical approach in training. She conducts extremely innovative workshops for teachers, trainers, parents and students in 12 countries around the world such as Malaysia, Singapore, China, Bulgaria, Denmark, United States, Germany, etc. She has also published three books on mathematical magic. She appears regularly on TV, radio and in magazines and newspapers. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree, specialising in Education (1989) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Vincent Tay has over 23 years of enriching work experiences that span across the areas of Construction, Project Management, General Trading, Share market trading, Option Trading, Unit Trust, Real Estates, Memory Technique Training, Youth Development Training, Motivation Training & Personal Development training for MLM, unit trust agents , insurance agents , some corporate company and SME & SMI. With his vast experience in many industries, his interaction with many individuals of various characters & from different walks of life, Vincent Tay had developed passion in coaching people to bring awareness about themselves & to get more out of life.

Through this learning journey, he had the privilege to go through various life experiences. He is contributing to people’s growth & development, helping people to accept themselves for who they are, learn from their past experience, make a sensible choice to find their own goodness & enrich their life & people surrounding them. Vincent Tay has been interested in training way back in 1982 when he attended his first motivational training – Born To Be Free by IHK ( Institute Of Hard Knock). Where he discovered the power of experiential training. While working in a public listed construction company in the managerial level (1982-1995), he was given the opportunity to attend many training programs such as:-
Leadership Style, Communication & Interpersonal skill, Managerial Development, Team Building, Coaching Skills, Project Management & Presentation Skills.

Those training developed & enhanced his skills, knowledge & competencies in managing & leading people.He also attended Leadership Program by AsiaWorks Training company when he was the Managing Director of a construction company. (1995-2000). Other training programs he attended were :-Memory technique, Born rich (Robert Proctor-) , Metaphysics , Graphology , Master Class Train the Trainer, Hypnosis training and Neuro Linguistic Program (NLP) Practitioner, MIM CPT (Certified Professional Trainer)

With passion for child development, he set up a training centre Effective Region Sdn.Bhd. and conducted memory techniques classes for children and BES ( Be Effective and Smart ) program for teenagers.(2000-2005). His creativity with his sense of humor, his versatility and passion to make a difference in people’s life are the reasons that compelled him to become a Trainer and Coach working towards building a world where people live to contribute their best. He strongly believes that training should be practical and follow-up with coaching so that results following the training sessions will be more effective.

Today, his work in training and coaching allows him to share with people how they can view their world from another angle. His work provides him the opportunity to connect with people at a very personal level.

Abdul Razak Ya’acob

Abdul Razak Yaacob

Abdul Razak Ya’acob has more than 30 years of professional working experience holding several key management positions.

He began his early career in the Royal Malaysian Police Force serving in various positions and departments including a stint with the crack Special Action Squad.

In 1991, he took up a position as Administration Manager in a public-listed company in the food industry and he later became the Head of Logistic Operations. Subsequently, he moved to join another public-listed company in the automotive industry. In 1999, he was appointed the Head of Human Resource. In this capacity he was responsible for developing and managing a major change management programme when the company went through a period of divestment and business diversification.

Abdul Razak has 15 years of Facilitation and Consulting experience in the Practice of Knowledge Management (POKM), Human Capital Management, Strategic Management and Leadership.

He is a Certified JT Frank Global Facilitator and Consultant and an Honourable member of the Malaysian Emerging Knowledge Organisation (MEKO) Award 2007 Review Committee. He is also JT Frank Academy’s Chief Facilitator/Consultant for The Middle East Zone.

His research interests include Analysing the strategic roles of Human Capital Management in the Practice of Knowledge Management and Transforming enterprises into Knowledge-based Organisations.

Abdul Razak holds a post-graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration (HR Development and Management) from University of Florida,USA.

He is a qualified English Instructor having been awarded the International TEFL Teacher Training Certification, UK. He is also a Certified Professional Trainer with IPMA-UK.

Today he is one of the consultants for Mastermind Training Sdn Bhd, co-training with Jackson Ng in the course of Top Students Transformation Programme.
