DYNAMIC TEAM PERFORMANCE PROGRAM


INTRODUCTION

Normally people work in small groups that seem to have common goals. Every member of the group has their own aspirations, skills and attitude towards their tasks. Due to the differences in educational background, mindset, values, races and culture, therefore people are reluctant to give their full support and cooperation to their peers. Hence, the main objective of this program is to unite the employees and become ONE DYNAMIC TEAM to solve problems at work together and synergistically.

COMMON ISSUES:

 

  • The existing employees do not have clear direction for the hotel
  • Everybody are doing their own work in their own ways
  • There is no clear, specific direction for the hotel

 


EXPECTED OUTCOME:

At the end of the program and through experiential learning and smartly designed activities, the participants will be able to:

Module 2– THE 5 STAR COMMUNICATION SKILLS (Morning)

 

 

  • Why transparent and prompt communication, positive attitude, leadership and cooperation is a MUST to team success

 

 

Module 3– THE NEED FOR STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP ROLES (Morning)

 

 

  • Understanding the Roles and Responsibility of leaders and team members.

  • “I promise” action plan for all members
  • Brainstorming the goals, vision, mission, values and culture

Module 7 – GOAL SETTING FOR 2010 (Review and fine tuning)

 

 

  • The NEW COMMITMENT PLAN for all members to create a new hotel culture
  • “I promise” action plan for all members
  • Fine tuning the goals, vision, mission, values and culture
  • Agreement by all to implement new goals, vision, mission, values and culture, personal action plans, strategic action plans for the year 2010 and 2011

 

METHODOLOGY

The Team Dynamic Performance Program is designed and based on the experiential learning model which incorporates lecture, games, reflection, debrief, discussion, sharing, group presentation, interactive participation, learning points note taking and work related problem solving situations. This powerful multi-dimensional learning model will impact participants to develop new plans, concepts and ideas for the hotel during the training and can be applied in their work instantly.
